It was a night of fun, winners, surprises, and concerts! It started with an energetic dance and ended with a surprise grand finale that featured Psychic Lover, Salia and Unicorn Table partner Shin-go singing Sentai songs and paying homage to Salia's first hit single, Cutey Honey Flash!! As with all Akiba Fests, we try to bring the fun!! This time, in the spirit of Halloween as well as anime, we held a best costume award with winners chosen by our audience. Winners received lots of goodies from our Sponsors Funimation and Otaku USA Magazine as well as cool Salia merchandise!! The night went on to present many other winners of free giveaways and raffles! Good music, debut songs and a surprise guest made for a night of not to be missed great musical entertainment! Opening with the energetic duo Psychic Lover, the crowd was pumped and ready as they sung along with the themes from various Sentai songs and the their newest hit "XTC" from the Anime "Witchblade".
Enter the stage, the princess of the night Salia as she and her dance squad starts off with a classic and introduces the audience to her new and well received solo music!
If you've been to any Akiba Fest in the past, you know we save the best for last! As Salia leaves the stage a suprize guest enters a belts out a signature guitar solo: Enter Shin-go of Unicorn Table!! The two sing a UT hit and then are joined by Psychic Lover to present a never before stage performance with unicorn table and Psychic Lover singing Sentai songs and Salia's first hit single, "Cutey Honey Flash"!!
